Formed in 2010, the Albany Piano Trio is an exciting new ensemble with a special interest in performing compositions by female composers. They have recently been chosen for the Richard Carne Junior Fellowship at the Royal College of Music where they look forward to collaborating with new composers. The trio had a busy summer coaching at the Belle Serre cello course in the south of France and as Musicians in Residence at Abbeyfield House, Kew and performing recitals in the Harrogate International Festival and around the UK as part of Live Music Now. The Albany Piano Trio is especially delighted to have been selected for the Making Music Concert Promoters' Network Guide for 2013/14 and is generously supported by Francis and Caron Fernandes.
